- This service is fully supported by action to resolve any issues highlighted by the survey, this may sometimes indicate that new or replacement units are required.
- Manufacturers guarantees are given for a limited period. Over time the condition of supports can deteriorate very quickly, usually as a result of climactic conditions.
- We recommend that supports should ideally be inspected within twelve months of installation, this confirms the installation and calibration complies with the original design and supply of supports.
- No support should be in operation for more than three years before a further survey is conducted.
- We offer a site survey service for a one off situation with, if necessary, a rapid response team to finalise urgent requirements.
